To assist schools in meeting DCFS, DFE, OFSTED and LEA safeguarding requirements Outstanding Education’s Compliance and Quality Assurance team will confirm with you that the following checks are completed on all of our staff:
These checks are in accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (Conduct Regulations), and will be carried out before Outstanding Education Solutions introduces a candidate to a client.
As a member of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) we are updated regularly with any statutory guidance and/or changes.
Any allegation or concern should be reported to your contact at Outstanding Education Solutions. All information will be dealt with professionally and sensitively with appropriate action taken, including referrals to relevant bodies where necessary.
To ensure Outstanding Education Solutions is up to date with teaching ability we try, where we can to obtain feedback on our educational professionals annually. These feedback forms, alongside references where necessary are available upon your request.
