We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of our school as a Marketing and Admission Lead.
The role is to contribute to our marketing, communications, and admissions functions, including contributing to the School’s development. This will involve working with senior staff to devise and implement the strategic marketing of SMAS and ensuring that the School’s admissions function covers the whole range of the customer journey – from generating interest, initial enquires, appropriate visits and open events, through to the successful enrolment of boarding and day pupils. In addition, the post holder will contribute to the wider communications strategy, including the use of digital media. Availability to travel when required to events and meeting offsite. Able to update and promote social media content.
The recruitment of pupils is an integral part of this role and key to the growth and further development of the school. The post holder will need to undertake some UK and overseas travel as part of the pupil recruitment process.
You do not need to have previous school experience. The qualities we are looking for are:
