    • “I have worked for OES for a number of years and have been very happy with the service I have received. Jemma and Charlotte genuinely care about their employees and try hard to match people to placements that will suit their skills and preferences. Communication is particularly impressive with any queries being responded to very quickly. Payment for work is always correct and prompt. Charlotte and Jemma ensure their staff are up to date with safeguarding training and they have also organised other free courses which have helped with my professional development. I have specific medical issues which means I need to work flexibly. OES has always supported me with this, allowing me to continue working in a job that I love.”

    • “OES is consistent in its endeavour to match the needs of its schools with the needs of its staff. Charlotte and Jemma are very approachable, very down-to-earth, no matter what the situation. Their high standards and great expectations mean that it is good to work for OES. Staff are always kept up-to-date with their safeguarding, and training is provided to ensure that staff are aware of relevant developments in education.”

    • “Jemma and Charlotte are lovely people to work for. Communication is excellent so you know exactly what is expected when work is allocated, and they take care of payment without the need for time sheets to be filled in at each school. They provide excellent training opportunities and keep you up to date with policy changes and such like. This year in particular, it has been very reassuring to have been kept informed of the many changes regarding Covid and to know they are at the end of the phone if you have an issue. I have worked with Jemma and Charlotte for several years now and am very happy to continue doing so.”
